TRANSPARENT LAUNCH ROADMAP

What FFTAC can do in 30, 60 and 90 days

This is a proposed pilot roadmap, not a claim of active local operations, funding, partners or completed projects. The goal is visible work anyone can audit, not recruitment numbers.

DAYS 1–30 / FOUNDATION

Start small. Publish the starting conditions.

  • Recruit a small voluntary design group; document role rotation and conflict policy
  • Choose one reachable neighborhood or online cohort; ask about accessibility
  • Publish a local official-resource directory with last-checked dates
  • Test printable $0 preparedness plans with volunteers and collect corrections
  • Map referral paths for legal aid and local emergency management
  • Publish a public expenses ledger and a clear limitation statement
Proposed milestone: one verified resource list, one charter and one workshop plan.
DAYS 31–60 / FIRST PILOT

Test what actually helps.

  • Run an accessible, free preparedness workshop using official guidance
  • Offer a non-case-specific Human Appeal letter writing session with legal aid referral
  • Copy and restore-test a small archive of permission-cleared local resources
  • Document attendance only with consent and without sensitive case histories
  • Invite outside corrections, including from project critics and service providers
Proposed milestone: one workshop, one source restore test and documented participant feedback.
DAYS 61–90 / PUBLIC REVIEW

Show results and limits.

  • Publish a pilot report: outputs, costs, mistakes and corrections
  • Ask whether residents found the materials usable and safe
  • Rotate facilitation roles and verify no person has unreviewable control
  • Ask qualified partners to examine medical, legal or water-related material
  • Decide publicly: repeat, redesign, pause or end the pilot
Proposed milestone: an openly reviewable 90-day pilot report before expansion.

ACCOUNTABILITY

Metrics that matter.

Targets below are planning examples only; actual results start at zero until documented.

01Verified resources

Links with a source, category and date checked.

02Plans tested

Opt-in household plans completed without keeping personal data.

03Referral quality

Were people directed to a real, appropriate provider?

04Corrections

Reported errors, days to correction, and published changes.

05Restore tests

Can volunteers retrieve offline materials when needed?

06Governance checks

Rotation dates, financial transparency and exit rights.

Never publish identifiable benefit denials, vulnerable household addresses, disability details or medical histories just to prove impact.
