How this website is designed
- All navigation and forms use first-party HTML controls that can be reached with a keyboard.
- Images are hosted locally; there is no outside JavaScript, font or advertising SDK.
- Important guides can be printed and many tools can generate plain-text downloads.
- We avoid demanding registration or a social account to read materials.
- Visitors can enlarge text and use browser reading tools; no essential content relies on sound or animation.
Accessibility is an ongoing practice, not a blanket certification. The code and content have not undergone an independent WCAG audit. Some downloadable and print formats may need further improvement.
