CIRCLE / PRACTICAL ORGANIZATION

The first 90-minute Action Circle meeting

A voluntary, transparent, nonviolent meeting that produces one useful artifact—not another personality cult or an endless argument.

0–10 min

Welcome and boundary

State the purpose: prepare for disruption and work to prevent it. No forced belief, no permanent rank, no violence, no targeting, no secret finances.

10–20 min

Choose rotating roles

Select facilitator, recorder, timekeeper, accessibility checker and challenger. No position becomes a permanent title.

20–35 min

Map immediate needs

Identify broad community gaps without collecting household medical, financial or identity data. Ask who is already serving these needs.

35–55 min

Choose one small project

Examples: a verified aid directory, emergency contact-card workshop, documented public meeting, digital backup lesson or resource corrections.

55–75 min

Divide work and check safety

Choose consenting owners, a realistic deadline, supplies, accessibility requirements, and any permission or professional qualifications needed.

75–85 min

Create a tangible artifact

Produce a one-page guide, public list of trustworthy links, workshop date, signed action log or printable tool.

85–90 min

Publish and close

Record only consenting public details, note open questions, set the next meeting and remind participants of the right to exit.
